摘  要:报道了Mg2Ni型贮氢合金制备方法的研究进展。对熔炼法、粉末烧结法、扩散法、机械合金化法和氢化燃烧合成法等几种主要方法制备Mg2Ni合金的基本原理和方法进行了综述,并介绍了扩散球磨法、球磨扩散法和熔炼球磨法等制备技术的联用,总结了这些合金制备技术制取的合金的充放氢性能和电化学性能,并讨论了不同制备方法对合金性能的影响。总结了目前改善Mg2Ni型贮氢合金材料性能所用的主要方法,例如掺杂催化元素、制备复合材料、组元替代、表面化学镀等。指出采用反应机械合金化法、储氢合金组元调整以及添加催化剂是改善性能最有效的途径。The research progress of the preparation methods of Mg2Ni type hydrogen storage alloys is introduced. The basic principle and methods of several main Mg2 Ni alloy preparation methods, such as metallurgical technique, powder sintering process, diffusion process, mechanical alloying and hydriding combustion synthesis are reviewed. The associative preparation technologies such as diffusion and ball grinding process, ball grinding and diffusion process and metallurgical and ball grinding process are introduced. The hydriding and dehydriding and electrochemical properties of alloys produced by these methods are described, and the effect of preparation methods on the properties of the alloys are discussed. The main methods used at present for performance improvements of the Mg2 Ni type hydrogen storage alloys such as doping, compounding substitution and superficial chemical plating are summarized. The paper points out that adopting reactive mechanical alloying method, adjusting constituents of hydrogen storage alloys and adding catalysts are effective approaches for obtaining good products.
