摘　　要：从商品流通产业周期性波动由古典型向增长型转变过程和商品流通产业周期性波动的波长不规则特性等方面进行了分析与探讨,以求得到我国商品流通产业和GDP波动相关系数的高吻合性。　The paper discusses the transforming process of periodic fluctuation of commodities distribution industry from classic type to increasing type and the irregular feature of the periodic fluctuation of the commodities distribution industry in order to get that the relevant fluctuation coefficient of commodities distribution industry tallies with that of GDP of China.
