摘　　要：中国的改革发展已进入一个关键阶段,经济社会结构在发生着深刻的变化,人民内部各种矛盾出现多发多样的复杂状况。正确处理人民内部矛盾,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求和关键所在。各级领导都要不断提高正确处理人民内部矛盾、构建社会主义和谐社会的能力。With the reforming development of China entering into the critical stage, the structure of economy society is experiencing deep change. Dealing with the contradictions among people correctly is an inevitable requirement and key point in constructing socialist-harmonious society. The leaders in different levels should improve their ability of doing with the contradictions among people and building socialist-harmonious society continuously.
