ELISA法检测孕妇四种尿蛋白含量变化

摘　　要：应用ELISA对128例不同孕龄的正常孕妇和12例妊高征患者尿中白蛋白（Alb）、运铁蛋白桑明芳上海市浦南医院检验科（TRF）、IgG和IgM排泄量进行检测．结果表明：正常孕妇尿中Alb、IgM排泄量随孕周增加而略增，妊娠后期尿中IgG、TRF排泄量与早期相比明显增多（P＜0．05），各组间IgG／TRF比值却无统计学差异．由此可见，正常孕妇四种尿蛋白排泄量增加是一种生理性高滤过作用．妊高征息者尿中Alb、TRF、IgG的排泄量与正常孕妇相比均显著增加（P＜0．01），尿IgM差异不明显，IgG/TRF比值明显降低（P＜0.01），这提示妊高征患者有肾小球滤过膜损伤．Four urinary proteins albundu (Alb), trausfenin (TRF), IgG and IgM were determined by enzymelinked immnosorbent assay (ELISA) in urine of 128 normal pregnant women and 12 hypertensive pregnantwomen. The urinary excretion of Alb, IgM was a little elevated with the incrase of gestational weeks, butthere was no significant difference betweeu groups of tke normal pregnant women (P>0. 05). The urinaryexcretion of bo and TRF in late pregnant women was obviously bigher than that of early pregnant women(P<0.05), and the value of IgG/TRF was not sigulficantly different between groups. It could be concludedthat the increase of fOur proteins in urine wer physiological high filtration. Compared to correspondentgroups of nortnal pregnancy, the urinare Alb, TRF and IgG levels in hmrtensive pregnant women weresignificantly elevated (P<0.01), but the level of leM was no significant difference and the value of IgG/TRF was obviously decreased (P＜0. 01). The results showed that the glomerular filtration membrane wasimpaired in the hypertensive pregnant women.
