摘  要:采用一步法合成了抗黄变鞋用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,研究了助剂对抗黄变鞋用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的影响。结果表明:添加适量助剂可提高鞋用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的抗黄变性能,并能有效延缓鞋用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的光老化速度,而对其他性能影响极小。当热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)的助剂添加量为聚酯二元醇质量的1.5%,紫外线吸收剂、自由基捕获剂、抗氧剂质量比为4:2:1时,TPU的综合性能最佳。The thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer with resistance to yellowing for shoe making was synthesized by using onestep method. The effect of assistant was studied. The results show that proper-content assistant can improve the resistance to yellowing of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, and decrease their speed of light aging, but has a little influence on other performance of the elastomer. Thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) has the best properties when assistant mass fraction is 1.5% based on polyester diol mass, m(UV absorbing agent): re(free radical capturing agent): m(antioxidant) is 4:2:1.
