摘　　要：利用税收征管纳税户的申报材料,以及税收稽查部门已稽查其企业偷逃税资料基础上,采用模式识别技术,进行信息压缩、经验与知识提取、数学建模、计算机编程,实现税收稽查智能甄别系统。该系统辅助税收征管,对纳税户监控;实证表明,该系统识别率较高,基本实现了税收征管监控的智能化、现代化。Utilizing mode identification technique to compress information and pick up knowledge from experiences, this paper attacks the problem of how to identify the tax compliance accurately. Based on the taxpayers＇ reports monthly and the audit results from the tax department ,empirical test shows the methods are high rate of identification and fundamentally achieve the goals of the modernization in tax monitoring.
