五加皮、茜草、白芷对毒激素—L诱导的恶病质样表现抑制作用的实验研究

摘　　要：为探索抑制毒激素-L所诱导的恶病质样表现的有效方法,观察了毒激素-L对大鼠体内的FFA释放量、血糖、蛋白质、微量元素的水平及摄入行为的影响,同时对文献报道具抗瘤作用的50余味中药进行筛选,对作用明显的五加皮、白芷、茜草进行实验研究,并确定了中药五加皮、白芷及茜草的有效成分。实验结果表明毒激素-L组的FFA释放量明显高于正常组及中药组,而中药组与毒激素-L组的FFA释放量显著低于毒激素-L组(P<O.01);毒激素-L组的血糖水平显著低于正常组及中药组,而毒激素-L与中药组的血糖水平显著高于毒激素-L组(P<0.01);毒激素-L组的血锌及血铜水平与正常组及中药组相比明显下降及升高,而毒激素-L组与中药组的血锌及血铜明显升高及降低(P<0.01);毒激素-L组的大鼠摄食、摄水量与正常组及中药组比显著减少,而毒激素-L与中药组的大鼠的摄食摄水量与毒激素-L组比明显升高(P<0.01)。中药组与正常组比差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此提示中药对毒激素-L所致的恶病质样表现有明显抑制作用。In order to investigate the practical method for inhibiting the anorexia -like syptom induced by toxohormene - L. the effect of toxohormone - L on level of FFA,blood surgar,protein and intaking behavior of rat were studied. The effect of TCM on toxohormone-L was also investigated at the same time and the TCM were selected according to this effect. The active components of Acan-thopanax giradidic harms, Angelica dahurica Benth et Ho ok and Rubia cordifoli-awere cerficated. The results showed that the level of FFA released in toxohormone- L group was higher signifcantly thanthat in normal group and in TCM group, the level of FFA released in toxo hormone -Land TCM group was lower singifcantly than that in toxohormone -L group (p<0. 01);The level ofbloodsurgar in toxohormone - L group was lower signifcantly than that in normal group and in TCM group, the level ofblold surgar in toxohormone -Land TCM group was higher signifcantly than that in toxohormone - L group (p<0.01);The level of blood zinc and copper in toxohormone -L was lower andhigher signifcantly than thatin normal group and in TCM group, the level of blood zinc and copper in toxohormone - Land TCM group was higher andlower signifcantly respectively than that in toxohormone -L group (p<0. 01); Thelevel of intaking in toxohormone - L group was decreased signifcantly than that in normal group and in TCM group, the level of intaking in toxohormone- L and TCM group was decreased signifcantly than that in toxohormone -L group(p<0. 01). The difference between TCM group and normal group was insignifcance(p>0. 05).
