复方仙人球抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本文旨在探讨复方仙人球的抗肿瘤作用,采用整体和体外实验方法,特别是血清药理学方法,对其抗肿瘤作用进行实验观察,结果表明复方仙人球(FX)灌胃给药对Lewis肺癌小鼠实体瘤的生长有明显的抑制作用,抑瘤率在30％左右,且能延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期,对白细胞数无明显影响。体外对人肺腺癌SPC-A-1细胞毒实验表明,无论直接给药或含药血清均能降低肿瘤细胞的存活比率。In order to confirm the antineplastic effects of compound Elubiflora luce, applying entirety and test in vitro, especially serous pharmacology experimental method?to observe the antinepla - stic function of compund. The results showed that the compound Elubiflora luce could significantly inhibite the growth of mouse's solid carcinoma (Lewis pulmonary carcinoma),and prolong the survival date of mouse with carcinoma, the compoud hadn't effect on number of WBC. The esperimental results on spc -A - 1 cytotoxil of adenocarcinoma of human lung showed whether direct administration or medical serum could low the survival rate of tumor cells.
