摘　　要：阐述了在线参考咨询服务的概念与特征,分析了国内外的发展状况,指出高校图书馆在线参考咨询服务的主要方式。This paper expounds the concepts and features of online reference service, analyzes the the developing situation of online reference service in China and foreign countries, and points out the main forms of online reference service of university library.
