摘　　要：通过分析信息时代编目工作的变化,提出了编目人员应具备的综合素质以及编目员进行继续教育的途径。Through analyzing the changes of cataloguing work in the information times, this paper advances the comprehensive quality that the cataloguing librarians should possess and the paths for the continuous education of cataloguing librarians.
