摘　　要：针对当前我国基金业存在的问题,从治理结构、法律规范和专业细化3个方面提出了相应的建议。In the light of some problems existing in Chinese fund industry, this paper advances some corresponding suggestions from three aspects of the governance structure, legal norm and professional subdivision.
