摘　　要：论述了大学生读者参与高校图书馆管理的意义,给出了搞好大学生读者参与高校图书馆管理工作的建议。This paper expounds the significance of university student readers＇ participating in the university library management, and puts forward some suggestions on doing well the work of university student readers＇ participating in the university library management.
