摘　　要：文章介绍了处理S1240交换机呼叫故障的思路。通过分析呼叫观察报告,提出了解决方法,为维护人员处理此类故障提供了参考。This paper introduces the method about processing the call fault of S1240 exchange. According to analyzing the calling reports of surveillance, the paper produces the method to resolve the problem. It also helps the maintenance engineers to deal with the same calling problems of S1240 system.
