逆向静脉穿刺在肿瘤患者输液中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨逆向静脉穿刺在肿瘤患者输液中的应用效果。方法采用自身对照,比较逆向和顺向静脉穿刺的各项指标。结果与顺向穿刺比较,逆向穿刺能显著输液提高静脉穿刺的成功率(x2=6.79,P<0.01);能显著提高输液畅通率(x2=13.02,P<0.005);能显著提高输液速度达标率(x2=15.97,P<0.005)。结论采用逆向穿刺能提高靠近腕关节、掌指关节的静脉利用率,减轻患者痛苦,保证药物疗效。Objective To study the application of retrograde puncture in intravenous transfusion for cancer patients. Methods Self compare the indicators of antegrade puncture and retrograde. Result Retrograde puncture can obviously improve the success rote of intravenous puncture （ x^2 = 6.79, P 〈 0.01）, the open of transfusion （x^2 = 13.02, P 〈 0. 005） and the attainment rate of speed （x^2 = 15.97,P〈0. 005）. Conclusion Retrograde puncture can improve the utilization rate of intravenous which is close to the wrist and metacarpophalangeal joint, relieve the pain, ensure the effect of the medicine.
