浅议中国合成革行业发展对策

摘　　要：分析了中国合成革行业面临的主要问题,找出产生问题的原因,提出应该加强企业技术创新能力,加强行业管理,规范市场秩序,实施"走出去"战略,增强产品国际市场竞争力,运用现代管理方法降低产品成本。This paper analyses main problems of synthetic leather industry of our country. Through finding out the reasons of why these problems happened, the paper proposes that all the problems can be solved by improving enterprises creative capacity, tightening up the management of trade, regulating market order, implementing ＂ going out＂ strategy, enhancing products＇ international market competitiveness, and applying modern management methods to reduce product cost.
