强胰降糖胶囊对肾上腺素诱导小鼠高血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察强胰降糖胶囊对肾上腺素诱导小鼠高血糖的影响及停药2天后的继续降血糖作用。方法:将48只昆明小鼠随机分为:空白组,模型组,阳性药对照组,治疗高、中、低剂量组。阳性药对照组给予优降糖,治疗组给予强胰降糖胶囊。连续给药3天后,一次性腹腔注射肾上腺素建立高血糖模型,造模后50min检测血糖。停药2天后再测血糖。结果:强胰降糖胶囊能显著降低由肾上腺素诱导高血糖小鼠血糖,并且停药2天后仍有一定的降血糖作用。结论:强胰降糖胶囊对由肾上腺素诱导高血糖小鼠有降糖作用,在一定时间内可维持降血糖作用。Objective: To study the effect of Qiang Yi Jiang Tang capsule on the hyperglycosemia rats induced by adrenaline and the continual effect after stopping taking the medicine 2 days later.Methods: 48 Kunming rats were divided into one no medicine group,one model group and one positive control group as well as three test groups with high,medium and low dosage at random sample. The positive control group was treated with You Jiang Tang tablet while the test groups were treated with Qiang Yi Jiang Tang capsule.After giving the hypolipidemic medicines for 3 days,the rats were injected with adrenaline to make a hyperglycosemia rat model and the blood sugar was determined 50 min later.The blood sugar was determined again after stopping taking the medicine 2 days later.Results: Qiang Yi Jiang Tang capsule could obviously lower the blood sugar of the adrenaline-induced hyperglycosemia rats and had a certain hypolipidemic effect after stopping taking the medicine.Conclusion: Qiang Yi Jiang Tang capsule has the hypolipidemic effect on the adrenaline-induced hyperglycosemia rats and keeps its hypolipidemic effect in certain time.
