摘  要:目的:以三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1的含量为指标,研究七君颗粒中三七、人参等10味中药的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,对七君颗粒水提取工艺进行考察,用高效液相色谱法测定三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1含量。结果:加水量12倍,煎煮1次,煎煮时间每次90min,所得提取液中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1的含量高。结论:此工艺对三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1的含量的提取率高,稳定性好,可作为七君颗粒的提取工艺。Objective: To study a method to extract some compositions from noto-ginseng and ginseng for Qi Jun granule by taking noto-ginseng saponin R1 and ginseng saponin Rg1 as the content index.Methods: An orthogonal experiment was designed to observe the water technology to extract the compositions of Qi Jun granule.A high-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of noto-ginseng saponin R1 and ginseng saponin.Results: 12 times water and decoction once for 90 min could obtain the maximum content of the noto-ginseng saponin R1 and ginseng saponin Rg1.Conclusion: The method can obtain the high rate of the noto-ginseng saponin R1 and ginseng saponin Rg1 extract.The technology has a better stability and can be used to extract the composition for Qi Jun granule.
