摘  要:西堠门大桥南锚碇为重力式嵌岩结构,混凝土方量大,为典型的超大体积混凝土块体。通过精选混凝土配料,优化混凝土配合比;视气温情况调整混凝土入仓温度,控制混凝土温度峰值;合理埋设冷却水管,结合监测控制冷却水进水温度和流量;重视保温、养护等措施,降低水化热,减小混凝土的绝热温升,确保混凝土质量。The south anchorage of Xihoumen Bridge is a gravity type rock-embedded structure east with large cubic amount of concrete and is typically a very massive concrete block. The hydration heat and isolated temperature rise of the concrete for the anchorage were well lowered and the quality of the concrete has been ensured through taking a series of technical measures, such as those of careful selection of the materials, optimization of the mix proportioning for the concrete, adjustment of the concrete temperature in formwork in variation with atmospheric temperatures, control of the concrete temperature peak values and proper layout of the cooling water pipes in the concrete together with monitoring and control of the inlet cooling water temperature and water flow, and close attention to the temperature isolation and concrete curing.
