摘 要:小鼠预先ig银杏叶总黄酮(FG)可明显降低四氯化碳和乙醇所致SGPT增高,其中FG200mg/kg作用最显著。同时FG亦可抑制肝脏MDA含量的增高,减轻乙醇所致肝脏GSH的耗竭。而且四氯化碳ig后再给FG,SGPT和肝脏MDA含量的增高也被减低,因此推测FG对四氯化碳及乙醇所致肝损伤有保护作用,其机理可能与抗肝脏脂质过氧化作用有关。Effects of flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba L. (FG)on carbon tetrachloride and ethanol-induced liver injurywere investigated in mice. The carbon tetrachloride-induced increases of serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(sGPT)and liver malondialdehyde (MDA)were reduced by oral administration of FG to mice before carbon tetrachloride challenge,with the most significant inhibition at a FG dose of 200 mg/kg. Administration of FG200 mg/kg to mice prior to ethanol,the elevations of sGPT and liver MDA were decreased and depletion ofglutathione was alleviated. Moreover,sGPT and liver MDA content were also reduced when FG was administrated to mice after carbon tetrachloride intoxication. These results indicated that the protective action of FGagainst carbon tetrachloride and ethanol-induced liver injury were related to anti-lipid peroxidation effect ofFG.
