摘　　要：本文从管理学的角度,探讨了图书馆整体积极性的涵义,分析了影响图书馆整体积极性的因素,提出了提高图书馆整体积极性的对策。This paper discuss the necessity of the management in the library, on the activity of the library, put forward some concretecarrying out the managerial work, and improve the quality of the whole libarians , mobilize the enthusiasm of the librarians, so as to make full use of the service function of library.
