摘　　要：本文分析了"80后"大学生的时代特征和信息素养的现状,阐述了对大学生——图书馆志愿者进行素质教育的必要性和可行性。认为:应根据志愿者的共性特征开展信息素质教育;信息素质教育应与文化素质培养、创新素质培养相结合;开展信息意识教育、信息能力教育、信息道德教育是信息素质教育中三个重要的方面;并探讨了培养图书馆青年志愿者信息素质教育的有效方法和途径。The characteristics and information literacy of university students after 80＇ s at present time are analyzed and the necessity and possibility of the education to the students as library volunteers are discussed. The education should be carded out according to common features of the volunteers; and combined with cultural quality and creation quality education. In the process of the education, information consciousness, information ability and information ethics education are the most important aspects. Effective methods for the education are also suggested in this paper.
