摘　　要：针对重型压力离心机,给出了监控系统设计方案,提出了重型压力离心机数据采集和联锁保护的新方法.上位机选用DELL PC机,基于Win-dowsXP系统进行工程组态和工艺操作,下位机采用西门子PLC系统实现联锁控制,并成功应用在PTA装置上.This paper provides a design plan of control system for heavy pressure horizontal decanter centrifuge used in PTA unit, and suggests a new method about data collection and interlocking protection. The DELL PC based on Windows XP system is chosen to be as the master computer to perform engineering configuration and process operation. The Siemens PLC is selected to be as the slave computer to achieve interlocking control. The newly-designed control system has been success fully put in application in the PTA unit.
