摘　　要：Eiffel全面支持类的多重继承。多重继承更能真实地描述现实世界中的抽象层次,但其语法规定和语义实现较为复杂。Java仅支持类的单一继承,但可通过接口实现多重继承的部分功能。接口易于操作,但存在不一致性问题。Eiffel complctely supports multiple inheritance among classes. Multiple inheritance can better describe abstract hierarchy in the real world and thus brings complexity both in syntax and semantics. Java only supports single inheritance among classes but may partially realize the functionality of multiple inheritance through interface. It is easy to handle interface but there is inconsistency of interfaces.
