摘  要:利用根尖压片法对白首乌染色体进行了核型分析。结果表明,白首乌的染色体数目为2n=44,其中10对染色体为中部着丝点染色体,9对染色体为亚中部着丝点染色体,3对染色体为亚端部着丝点染色体,核型公式为K(2n)=44=20m+18sm+6st;染色体平均长度为1.73μm,为小型染色体;该染色体组内最长染色体与最短染色体比值为1.86,臂比大于2∶1的染色体占总染色体数目的45%,核型属于2A基本对称类型。The chromosome number and karyotype of Cynanchum bungei Decne was studied with the conventional plant root tip squashing method. The results showed that the somatic chromosome number of Cynanchurn bungei Decne was 2n=44, and ten pairs belonged to metacentric type, 9 pairs were submetacentric type and 3 pairs belonged to subtelocentric type. The karyotype formula of Cynanchum bungei Decne was K (2n) = 44 = 20m+ 18sm +6st. The average length of twenty-two pairs chromosomes was 1.73 μm, which belonged to the small-sized ones. The length ratio of the longest to the shortest was 1.86, and the chromosomes of which arm ratio beyond 2 : 1 was 10, which took up 45% in all chromosomes. So its karyotype was 2A type.
