摘  要:本试验以莱芜大姜为对照,研究了生姜新品种山农1号和98168的生长特性,分析比较了其产量及品质。结果表明,山农1号株高82.4 cm,分枝数12.1枚,分别比莱芜大姜低7.3%和17.1%,但茎粗及根茎鲜重分别比莱芜大姜高14.0%和29.6%;98168株高、茎粗及根茎鲜重分别比莱芜大姜高9.0%、6.6%和15.7%。山农1号及98168的叶片较大,产量较高,分别比对照增产30.4%和16.2%;虽然两品种根茎干物质含量分别比对照低9.2%和2.6%,但挥发油含量分别高19.5%和9.6%,粗纤维含量分别低15.8%和0.6%,表明生姜新品种的综合品质较好,适于保鲜加工出口。Taking Laiwu big ginger as control, the growth characteristics, yield and quality of two new ginger cultivars Shannong 1 and 98168 were studied. The results indicated that the plant height and shoot number of Shannong 1 were 82.4 cm and 12. 1, which decreased by 7.3% and 17. 1% than those of control, respectively; but the stem diameter and fresh weight of rhizome increased by 14. 0% and 29.6%. The plant height, stem diameter and rhizome fresh weight of 98168 increased by 9.0%, 6. 6% and 15.7%,respectively. Compared with the control, their leaf area were larger, and their yield increased 30.4% and 16.2%, respectively. Although their dry weight and coarse fibre content of rhizome were lower than control by 9.2%, 2. 6% and 15.8%, 0. 6%, volatile oil increased by 19. 5% and 9.6%, respectively. In conclusion, the yield and quality of Shannong 1 and 98168 were superior to Laiwu big ginger, so the two new ginger cultivars were both suitable for export as preserving fresh production.
