摘　　要：目的了解尺管综合征的病因、病理及显微手术治疗。方法对不同原因引起的尺管综合征,通过显微手术解除卡压原因,并观察其病理变化及术后恢复情况。结果术后6～12个月随访,时间短、年龄小者恢复佳,感觉容易恢复;而内在肌萎缩恢复慢,特别是小指内收功能。结论采用显微手术治疗尺管综合征,束间松解,神经恢复效果满意。Objective To understand the cause of disease ,pathology and microsurgery operation of guyon syndrome. Methods According to different causes, we applied maicrosurgery operation to relieve compression, and observed the pathological change and restoration. Results Foiling-up from 6-12 months, it can obtain good restoration in young and short course, but the recovery of intrinsic muscle need a long time, especiUy in litde finger. Conclusion It is a good method for treating guyon syndrome by using interfasciular lyric opertion.
