拇指旋转撕脱性离断的再植分析

摘　　要：目的探讨拇指旋转撕脱性离断再植方法及临床疗效。方法2001年10月～2005年9月对29例拇指旋转撕脱离断采用不同方法进行再植。结果29例再植25例成活,失败4例。术后随访20例,时间平均18个月(10～33个月),以最后1次随访结果为准,按中华医学会手外科学会断指再植功能评定标准评定:优9指,良10指,差1指。结论按照拇指旋转撕脱伤不同情况采用不同再植方法,可获得较高的成活率,并能恢复较好的外形与功能。Objective To investigate the with rotation avulsion injury.Methods replanted by different methods.Results replantation methods and clinical outcome of severed thumb From October 2001 to September 2005, 29 thumbs were 25 of all 29 thumbs were survived. Patients were follow up 18 months on average（10-33months ）, Acoording to the critera for function assement of amputated finger issued by the Branch of Hand Surgery of Chinese Medicine Association：excellent in 9, good in 10, poor in 1.Conclusion It is reliable and effective by using different kinds of methods in replantation of the thumb according to the condition of the thumbs.
