摘 要:建立了HNO3+HClO4湿法消化处理纯毛纺织品、ICP-AES法同时测定样品中的Pb,As,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Ni,Sb 8种痕量重金属元素总量的分析方法,优化选择了ICP-AES的工作参数,并对样品溶解的过程、HNO3及HClO4的用量、基体元素的干扰行为等进行了考察,准确测定了纯毛纺织品中8种痕量重金属元素总量;杂质元素分析结果RSD〈4.71%,不同浓度加标回收率为90.0%-97.2%,元素检出限为0.4-10.2μg/L.In this experiment the pure woolen fabric samples were digested by nitric acid and perchloric acid with the hydrometollurgy and the total amount of the heavy metals including Pb, As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ni, Sb in the samples were simultaneously determined by ICP-AES method. After optimizing the operating parameters of ICP-AES, the process of the digestion, the dosage of the nitric acid and perchloric acid, and interference of the matrix were investigated. The results showed that the overall relative standard deviation was within 4. 71 %. The elements recoveries of standard addition method were 90. 0%-97. 2%. The detection limits were 0. 4-10.2μg/L.
