摘 要:目的:探究铜针留置兔体内后肝脏组织及生化指标的改变及铜针留置治疗血管瘤对人肝功能的影响。方法:以兔耳缘静脉模拟静脉畸形,将49只新西兰白兔按留置铜针1、3、5、7天及对照随机分成五组。分别于留针前及留针后1、3、5、7天检测血清铜、肝功能,肝脏组织HE染色切片观察,个别组织标本行组织化学特殊染色、透射电镜检查。对同期进行的85例铜针留置治疗海绵状静脉畸形患者,其中8~11例行治疗前及留置铜针1、4、7天后血清铜含量及肝功能相关指标测定。各组数据行统计学分析。结果:实验兔铜针留置后血清铜浓度随时间的推移而增加;肝功能ALT与AST变化无显著差异;病理切片肝组织为逐渐消退的无菌性炎症反应,无明显肝小叶结构改变及纤维化。8~11例患者留置铜针1、4、7天后静脉血清铜含量与治疗前无统计学差异(P>0.05),但7天后局部血清铜显著高于静脉血清铜;留置铜针1、4、7天后血清ALT、AST变化与治疗前无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:铜针留置兔体内实验及临床铜针局部留置治疗海绵状静脉畸形对肝脏未产生明显的毒副作用。Objective To explore the changes of pathology and biochemical indicators of the liver after copper needles retained in the veins of rabbits' ears; Second, to study the hepatic function of patients after treating hemangioma with retained copper needles. Methods The vein in ear of the rabbit was used to imitate vascular malformation.49 rabbits were separated into 5 groups randomly,which are group A(which had been retained copper needles for 1d),group B(for 3d),group C (for 5d),group D (for 7d) and control group (with no copper needles being retained).Each group was arranged respectively to conduct a laboratory analyses preoperative and 1d,3d,5d,Td postoperative.The laboratory analYSeS contained concentration of Cu^2+ in the blood serum, the hepatic function ,and some pathological examinations after staining. At the same time,8 to 11 cases with retained copper needles were selected randomly from 85 patients with venous malformations, the concentration of Cumin the blood serum and hepatic function were analyzed preoperative and ld,4d,7d postoperative. Results To the rabbits,the level of Cu^2+ in the blood ,serum increased when times went on, but there was no significant change of the ALT and AST; the aseprtic inflammation in liver was extinctive gradually,and there was no significant changes in the structure of hepatic lobules, no fibrous degeneration happening also. To the patients,there was no significant difference of the serum copper level preoperative and postoperative (P〉0.05), but the local serum copper level was much more than the mean serum copper level 7 days postoperative. (P〈0.05) There was no significant difference of the ALT and AST in the serum preoperative and postoperative (P〉0.05). Conclusion There were no significant toxic action and side effect to the liver both in rabbits with copper needles retained in veins and patients treated of venous malformations with retained copper needles.
