眶下动脉的血供研究在鼻部组织缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨眶下动脉为蒂形成的鼻唇沟皮瓣在鼻部缺损修复中的临床应用。方法:①红色乳胶灌注5具(10侧)成人尸头,对眶下动脉及其分支进行解剖观测;②以眶下动脉为蒂形成的皮瓣进行鼻部缺损修复。结果:①眶下动脉与内眦动脉、面动脉及其分支在鼻唇沟有丰富的吻合;②临床上应用6例以眶下动脉为蒂形成的皮瓣用于鼻部缺损修复均获成功。结论:以眶下动脉为蒂形成的鼻唇沟皮瓣,具有采集方便、血供丰富、色泽质地与受区相近等优点,适用于各种类型鼻部缺损的修复。Objective To investigate the clinical application of the nasolabial skin flaps pedicled with the infraorbital artery in the nasal tissue defects. Methods （1）The 5 adults cadaver heads were perfused with the red latex before the dissection. The infraorbital artery and its branch were investigated. （2）The nasolabial skin flaps pedicled with the infraorbital artery were used to repair the nasal tissue defects. Results （1）The infraorbital artery have abundant anastomosis with the angular artery and the facial artery in the nasolabial fold. （2）The skin flaps pedicled with the infraorbital artery used in six clinical cases have survived well in the nasal tissue defects. Conclusion The nasolabial skin flaps pedicled with the infraorbital artery are easy to be obtained, blood-supply are reliable,and the colouration and texture of donor site are similar to the recipient site.The flaps are suitable for repairing all types of nasal tissue defects.
