摘　　要：在对博弈论思想指导下的庇古税模型加以分析后,运用对比分析方法,对庇古税模型、古诺双足寡头竞争模型、斯坦克尔伯格模型以及20世纪以后一些学者的研究成果加以比较,指出后来者在原有的经典模型基础上考虑了开征庇古税对企业带来的负效应,从而丰富了庇古税模型的理论含义。After analyzing the model of Pigovian tax under the guidance of game theory, according to the method of comparative analysis, compared the model of Pigovian tax, Cournot duopoly model and Stackelberg model with some scholars＇ research achievements in 20th century. The latecomers thought more about corporations＇ negative effects of levying Pigovian tax based on original classic model; thereby those make fuller the theory meanings of model of Pigovian tax.
