摘　　要：利用Xa21基因的分子标记U1/I1检测28个高世代育种中间材料。发现18个材料中含Xa21基因,且这些位点是杂合的;10个材料不含Xa21基因。The 28 high generation breeding materials of rice were tested using the molecular marker U 1/I1 based on the gene sequence of Xa21. Results found that 18 materials contained Xa21 gene, but they were heterozygous in these loci; there was no Xa21 gene in other 10 materials.
