摘  要:利用D4与氨基硅单体以及长链烷基硅烷等的本体聚合反应合成了侧链同时带有氨乙基氨丙基和十二烷基的聚硅氧烷(DASO),用IR1、H-NMR等表征了DASO的结构,并对其应用性能以及影响因素进行了研究.应用结果表明,经DASO整理的织物手感柔软、蓬松,但随聚硅氧烷侧链烷值的增加,DASO整理的织物其柔软性略有下降,而蓬松感增强.另外,整理工艺对DASO的性能也有影响,用二浸二轧法整理的DASO布样其柔软性和抗皱性明显比一浸一轧法好.A new polysiloxane (DASO) softener bearing aminoethylaminopropyl and dodecyl functional groups in side chains was synthesized by bulky copolymerization of octamethyltetrasiloxane (D4) with amino functional silane and dodecyl methyl dimethoxylsilane. Chemi- cal structure of the synthesized polysiloxane was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and nuclear H-NMR, and then the performance of DASO on cotton fabrics as well as the effactors on DASO performance were also investigated in the study. Experiment results indicated that DASO has a good softening properties on the fabrics, the cotton fabrics treated by DASO have excellent softness along with fluffy tactile. But as the dodecyl content in DASO molecule increased, the softness of the treated fabrics decreased, but while the fluffy tactile became better. In addition, the finishing process also has an influence on DASO performance. The fabrics treated by DASO in two-dip-two-dry process would give a better tactile than one-dip-one-dry process.
