摘  要:采用双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)反应制备出常温自交联型丙烯酸酯乳液并用于水性木器漆封底.研究结果表明,与常规乳液合成工艺相比,当采用核壳结构合成工艺时合成的丙烯酸酯乳液具有较高的凝胶率和硬度以及较低的溶胀比和吸水率,同时耐粘污性也得到了很好的改善,具有良好的封闭性;随着DAAM用量的增加,乳胶膜的硬度随着增加,耐粘污性明显改善,但合成时粘度增加,聚合稳定性下降;当DAAM添加量为3%~5%,乳液的PH值大于7时可得到既有较高的交联密度、良好的封闭性,又有较好储存稳定性的产品.Ambient temperature self cross-link all-acrylic emulsion for water-borne wood coatings primer was prepared by using DAAM, MMA and BA as co-monomers. The research results show that when the core-shell preparation process was used, the obtained acrylic emulsion film possessed a lot of advantages, such as higher gel content and hardness, a lower swelling ratio and water absorption, a better dirt resistance than that of conventional emulsion film, and excellent blocking performance. With the increase charge of DAAM, the hardness of the film increased, and dirt resistance apparently increased. However, with the increase in the viscosity during polymerization, the polymerization stability decreased. When the charge of DAAM was 3%5% and the pH value was higher than 7, a higher cross-link density, excellent blocking performance and a better storage stability of the acrylic emulsion were obtained.
