摘 要:为了消除电磁污染,改善应用场所的环保问题,研究开发了用于电气化铁道的环保型全磁屏蔽空心电抗器.采用模拟对比实验的方法,通过对多种材质、多种结构形式的磁屏蔽体应用效果的实验分析,确定采用优质晶粒取向硅钢片材料制作全磁屏蔽体,研制成功了油浸式全磁屏蔽空心电抗器,解决了高压电器产品普遍存在的电磁辐射和电磁污染问题.For solving the problems generally incurred in railway electric products to emit magnetic pollution, and to improve the natural application environment, a research program was initiated for an environment-friendly and full magnetic shielded hollow reactor applied to electric railway. The test and research have resulted in oil-immerged full magnetic shielded hollow reactor by means of test on different materials, different structure forms, and magnetic shielding results of different combinations. Due to the above test analysis, the environment-friendly and full magnetic shielded hollow reactor has been manufactured. The product can eliminate the magnetic radiation and pollution of the high voltage electrical apparatus.
