天津市郊区自主创新能力评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：根据天津郊区的特点和自主创新能力发展的要求,在讨论考核评价指标体系构建原则的基础上,确定了郊区自主创新能力评价指标体系,利用德尔斐法(Delphi)确定了评价指标的权重,最后利用该评价指标体系对天津市郊区自主创新能力发展进行了实证研究。According to the character of the suburb in Tianjin and the development demand of the self-innovation capability, the evaluation index system of suburb self-innovation capability was set up based on the discussing of construction principles of the evaluating index system. And the weight of evaluation indexes was fixed by the method of Delphi. At last, the empirical study has been done to the development of self-innovation capability in the suburb of Tianjin by using this index system.
