摘  要:介绍了南通钢铁公司轧钢厂加热炉油气混烧改造以来存在的问题,提出了将烟气余热利用系统由空气、煤气双预热改为空气二次预热的技术方案。充分利用了烟气余热,使空气预热温度达650℃左右,烟气余热回收75%左右,提高了加热炉的能源利用率。目前系统运行稳定,吨钢油耗明显降低,取得了较好的经济效益,每年节省的重油价值达925万元。This paper analyzes the existing problems in the using process of the oil and gas mix - combustion heating furnace in Nangang. Puts forward improving plan. The waste heat recovery for reheating furnace at rolling plant of Baosteel has been developed from waste heat boiler to air and gas heater for more effective heat recovery with the air and gas heating temperature reaches 650℃, the fume waste heat is absorbed by air by 75%, the energy source availability of heating furnace is improved effectively. At present, the system circulates stably, in the result unit fuel consumption had been obviously reduced, getting better economic performance, and the value of saved oil is up to 9250 thousand yuan annually by heating furnace.
