摘　　要：一项明智而有远见的美国政策应该是鼓励和支持东亚的一体化,而东亚国家也应在推进区域合作的同时,考虑和照顾美国的合理关切,发展与美国的互利合作,诱导和鼓励美国在东亚合作中发挥积极和建设性的作用。A wise and far-sighted policy of the United States should encourage and support the integration of East Asia. East Asian countries should also consider and take care of the legitimate concerns of the United States, develop mutually beneficial cooperation with the United States, and induce and encourage the United States to play an active and constructive role in East Asian cooperation, while promoting regional cooperation.
