构建医院监管长效机制的思考与探索

摘　　要：从分析医院监管中存在的问题入手，介绍了湖北省宏观、中观、微观结合与监、管、建并举的思路和实施医疗信息公示、医院管理评审、临床重点学科建设3项制度的做法，指出要着眼医院监管文化建设，构建医院监管长效机制。On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in supervision of hospitals, the paper introduces the idea of combining supervision, administration and construction macro -, meso - and microscopically in the supervision of hospitals in Hubei province. It also describes the practice of implementing medical information publication, hospital management assessment and key clinical subject construction, pointing out that the key point is to strengthen the cultural construction of hospital supervision and establish the long-term mechanism for hospital supervision.
