摘　　要：目的 研究我国医疗服务系统适宜的新型宏观结构。方法 利用复杂系统科学理论建模方法，构建系统SD模型对医疗服务系统进行了仿真分析。结果医改措施的有效运行需要以合理的宏观医疗资源结构为前提，目前医疗服务系统的功能缺陷根源于畸形的资源结构，提出医疗服务系统的“哑铃形”宏观结构。结论医疗服务系统的“哑铃形”宏观结构具有有效性和合理性。Objective To research the suitable macrostructure for medical delivery system MDS in China. Methods Using the complex system modeling method, the SD model of MDS was established for simulation analysis. Results The effective operation of medical reform measures should be based on reasonable macrostructure of medical resources. The functional defects of current MDS rooted in the abnormal medical resources structure. The ＂dumbbell-shaped＂ macrostructure of MDS was put forward. Conclusion The ＂dumbbell-shaped＂ macrostructure of MDS has its effectiveness and rationality.
