摘  要:以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、4-叔丁基苯乙烯(tBS)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,二乙烯苯(DVB)为交联剂,明胶和磷酸三钙为分散稳定剂,甲苯和环己烷为溶剂,采用悬浮法合成了吸油树脂。研究了单体、交联剂、引发剂、分散剂、溶剂对树脂结构、吸油性能的影响。结果表明:当tBS,EPDM质量比40/60,交联剂DVB质量分数是3.0%,引发剂BPO的质量分数是1.0%,溶剂用量30mL(甲苯/环己烷体积比为4/1),分散剂明胶、磷酸三钙分别为100.0,50.0mg时,树脂的最大吸油率为四氯化碳51.68g/g,氯仿35.00g/g,环己烷25.83g/g,煤油27.50g/g,甲苯22.80g/g。A oil absorptive resin was synthesized by suspension copolymerization with ethylene-propylene terpolymer (EPDM) and 4-tert-butylstyrene (tBS) as monomers, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator , divinylbenzene (DVB) as crosslink agent, gelatin and tricalcium phosphate as dispersion agents, toluene and cyclohexane as solvent. The influences of monomers, crosslink agent, initiator, dispersion agents and solvents on the structure and the oil absorptive properties of oil absorptive resin were studied. The results show that when the ratio of tBS to EPDM is 40 : 60, DVB is 3.0%,BPO is 1.0%,the total solvent volume is 30 mL(the volume ratio of toluene to cyclohexane is 4 : 1),the proportion of gelatine to tricalcium phosphate is 100.0 mg/50.0 mg, the maximum oil absorptivities to carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, cyclohexane, kerosene, toluene are 51. 68, 35. 00, 25. 83, 27. 50, 22.80 g/g, respectively.
