摘　　要：林业企业作为资源型企业,在国民经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用,建立健全的林业企业内部控制制度,提高内部控制的效率和效果,对于实现企业的健康发展和有效运行起着关键作用。文章通过对林业企业内部控制的现状和原因的分析,提出了加强林业企业内部控制的一些措施。The forestry enterprise as a kind of resources enterprise, is playing the pivotal role in the development of national economy. To establish the perfect internal control system of forestry enterprise and enhance the efficiency and the effect of the internal control are the key to move enterprises effectively and ensure its healthy development. The paper first goes through the analysis on present situation and the reason of the internal control of forestry enterprise, then proposes some measures to strengthen the internal control of forestry enterprise.
