摘 要:固体表面张力的测定始终是表面科学和工程领域中的热点问题。综述了Young方程推出以来基于接触角法计算固体表面张力的各种方法,分析了这些方法形成的假设条件及在计算固体表面张力时存在的问题,并介绍了该领域的最新研究成果,比较了不同方法计算固体表面张力的值的特点,最后指出当前研究尚存在的问题。The determination of solid surface tension is always a hot issue in the fields of surface science and engineering. Various approaches of calculating solid surface tension based on contact angle method are reviewed since the Young equation was derived. It is analyzed that the assumed conditions on which these approaches are formed and existing problems while the solid surface tension is calculated. The recent achievement in this field is also introduced. The characteristics of value about solid surface tension obtained by different approaches are compared. Finally, existing problems of current researches are indicated.
