高效液相色谱法测定盐酸羟考酮罗痛定复方缓释片的含量

摘　　要：建立了测定复方羟考酮罗痛定缓释片中有效成分含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法,检测波长225nm。在所测浓度范围内,峰面积与被测物浓度的线性关系,盐酸羟考酮和罗痛定的回收率分别是98.1%～100.3%和98.5%～99.0%,RSD值分别为1.11%～1.46%和0.19%～0.50%。测定方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,方法可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。To establish a HPLC method for the determination of oxycodone hydrochloride and rotundine in com- pound sustained-release tables, detective wavelength was 280 nm. The results show that the standard curve is linear in the detection range. The average recovery rate is 98. 1% - 100.3% for oxycodone hydrochloride with RSD of 1.11% - 1.46% and 98.5% - 99.0% for rotundine with RSD of 0. 19% - 0.50%. This sensitive and reliable HPLC method is used to the quality control of compound sustained-release tables.
