摘  要:实验取小鼠12~14天的胚胎脊髓进行常规分离细胞培养,然后做γ-氨基丁酸免疫细胞化学染色.结果表明:培养中的小鼠γ-氨基丁酸能神经元以圆形最为多见,其次为不规则形、椭圆形,梨形和三角形少见.就γ-氨基丁酸能神经元的突起形态而言,可分为短突起和长突起.另外在实验中还观察到γ-氨基丁酸能神经元的胞体有强阳性和弱阳性两种发出的突起可与其余结构发生联系.GABAergic neurons are distributed widely in the central nerve system. However, their cy-toarchitecture and relationship with other cells are seldom reported. We cultured the spinal cord neurons from mice aged 12-14 days, and stained them with the GABA immunocytochemcal method. The results indicated that there were more spindle cell bodies than other types of cell bodies. The neurite of GABAergic neurons could be divided into long and short types and their somata into strong and weak immunoreactive staining types. The relationship between GABA im-munoreative cells and other cell types were also examined.
