摘  要:应用甲醛碳素墨水灌注,按立体学方法测量并分析5例儿童(3~11岁)小脑皮质及髓质的毛细血管密度.结果如下:皮质深层(包括蒲氏层和颗粒层)毛细血管密度最高,为1137.25±204.95mm/mm^3,皮质浅层(分子层)次之,为647,68±153.18mm/mm^3,,髓质最低,为493.81±126.78mm/mm^3,经统计学分析表明三者具有显著性差异(P<0.01;而对于同一层次,小脑各区间差异不显著(P>0.05).文内还讨论了毛细血管密度与小脑细胞构筑的关系.The capillary density in human cerebellar cortex and medulla (5 children of 3 to 11 years old) was studied by stereology after intra-arterialcarbon-ink injection. The results were as follows: The capillary density of the deep layer of the cortex ( including Purkinje's and granular layer) was the highest, being 1137. 25±204. 95 mm/mm3, the superficial layer of the cortex (molecular layer) was the next, being 647. 68±153. 18 mm/mm3, and the medulla the lowest, being 493. 81±126. 78 mm/mm3. The analysis of variance indicated a significant difference among these three layers (P<0. 01). But in the same layer, there was no significant difference (P> 0. 05) among the various areas of cerebellum. The relationship between the capillary density and the cytoarchitecture of cerebellum was discussed in the paper.
