摘  要:为在体外形成一个抗流动切应力作用能力强的单层内皮细胞,在15 dynes/cm^2切应力的条件下,培养肉皮细胞24h.结果内皮细胞中央出现应力纤维,G_0/G_1期细胞增加.这一现象提示,在切应力条件下培养肉皮细胞,可增强细胞抗血流冲击的能力.The bovine aortic endothelial cells (ECs) were cultured in a flow environment for 24 h in the parallel plate flow apparatus (shear stress: 15 dynes/cm2, quasi-steady flow). It was found that stress fibers in ECs were induced by shear stress. The formation of endothelial stress fibers in response to shear stress is probably a functionally important mechanism that protects the en-dothelium from hemodynamic detachment. It was also found that the percentage of endothelial cells in G0/G1, phase was significantly increased. This indicates that shear stress can reduce the ECs turnover rate. These results suggest that, in order to achieve a low cell turnover rate and a shear resistant endothelial layer-one comparable to that observed in vivo, it may be necessary to have endothelial cells cultured in a flow environment.
