摘 要:对某台200MW四角切圆燃烧煤粉炉实施了超细煤粉再燃系统的改造,并进行了现场调试试验。该再燃系统利用三次风中的超细煤粉作为再燃燃料,并通过烟气再循环来降低三次风中的氧浓度。通过试验研究了燃尽风风速、制粉系统运行方式和烟气再循环对NOx排放量的影响,并考察了增大三次风带粉量后的脱硝效果。试验结果表明,在最佳工况下,该文的再燃系统可以取得约40%的脱硝率,同时对锅炉的运行和性能影响很小,飞灰含碳量仅比原始工况增加1.4%。A 200MW tangentially coal-fired boiler was retrofitted with a micronized coal reburning system and the performance tests were conducted subsequently. Ultrafine pulverized-coal contained in the tertiary air was used as the reburning fuel and the oxygen level of the tertiary air was reduced with the use of flue gas recirculation(FGR). The effects of OFA velocity, pulverizing system operating mode, and FGR on the NOx emissions were investigated during the tests. The NOx reduction performance of this reburning system was also evaluated when increasing the ultrafine pulverized-coal content in the tertiary air. The test results show that NOx emissions can be reduced by approximately 40% under the optimal operating condition, with no significant impact on boiler performance. And only a 1.4% increase in fly ash carbon content is observed under this condition.
