摘 要:绝缘子的积污特性和爬距有效利用系数对线路的外绝缘特性有重要的影响,这一点应在外绝缘配置时予以考虑。对华东电网常用的几种绝缘子的积污特性、爬电距离有效利用系数进行了分析和计算,同时,在污秽试验的基础上,对几种常见的绝缘子试品进行了长串耐压试验,试验结果表明,不同类型绝缘子的爬电距离有效利用系数存在较大差异。此外,对不同串型布置方式下的长串绝缘子进行人工污秽试验,试验结果表明,双悬垂I串绝缘子的单片最大污耐压小于单悬垂I串时,如果双悬垂I串绝缘子采用V型或倒V型布置,绝缘子的积污特性可得到明显改善,且其污耐压水平也将得到明显的提高。Contamination accumulation characteristics and creepage distance utilization coefficients greatly impact the external insulation characteristics, so these factors should be considered in external insulation configuration. The authors analyze and calculate the contamination accumulation characteristics and creepage distance utilization coefficients of several kinds of insulators commonly used in East China Power Grid. At the same time, on the basis of pollution test the long string withstand voltage tests for familiar insulator specimens are carried out. Test results show that there are evident differences among creepage distance utilization coefficients of different types of insulators. Besides, artificial pollution tests for long insulator strings with different arrangements are performed, and test results show that under polluted and wetted conditions the maximum withstand voltage of single chip of insulator in I-shaped double suspension insulator strings is less than that in I-shaped single suspension insulator string; if the V-shape or inverted V-shape arrangement is applied to I-shaped double suspension insulator strings, the contamination accumulation characteristics of insulators as well as its withstand voltage under pollution condition can be evidently improved.
