软土地区高层建筑不均匀沉降问题的处理

摘　　要：结合实践,介绍了上海某高层建筑由于施工管理安排不当,主楼与裙楼同时施工,造成两侧裙楼不均匀沉降,致使裙楼顶部与主楼悬挑部分发生碰撞接触。经过对事故原因分析论证及方案比选,提出了切实可行的处理方案。实际观察表明,达到了预期效果。　Combines with practices,authors introduce high-rise building of Shanghai which bilateral podium has been differential settlement and collides with main building.The reason is that podium and main building constructed at same time because construction and management had been adjusted inappropriately.Through analysis demonstration and scheme comparison to emergency cause,a feasible and simple processing method is put forward.It indicate that this method is reaching anticipation effect.
